Role Description
* Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective sales strategies and customer engagement in-store and in the field.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, offering suitable products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated on new arrivals and promotions.
* Field Sales: Conduct field visits to potential clients, present our product offerings, and close sales deals.
* Store Sales: Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
* Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and accurate stock records.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including field visit reports and sales forecasts.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
