Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team and help us sell our jewellery to a wide range of retailers accross North India . The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service and have a strong understanding of the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers and wholesalers.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and tracking leads.
- Reach and exceed sales targets and goals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the brand and generate new business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely responses to their inquiries and orders.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers, researching industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
