Responsibilities: Responsible for Sales & Marketing Department.
Check all inquiries of incoming Emails, Whatsapp, Phone calls, etc.
Find inquiries.
Ensuring timely delivery of quality goods. According to specification by co-coordinating with the production and dispatch department.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality services & proper collection of feedback.
Coordination with the dispatch department.
Conducting market research.
Traveling in case of product presentations or client meetings.
Understanding & Negotiating based on regulatory requirements for the product, packaging requirement, and additional costing.
Example freight.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the markets.
Developing new business opportunities.
Implementing new sales plans.
Coming up with branding techniques and budget.
Collecting customer feedback & work on solution findings, conflict resolution, etc.
Providing a timeline for sales and marketing.
Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.
Follow up with the customers to maintain and grow business relationship.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role
Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries
Proficiency in English, Hindi and/or any other language.
Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner who has a strong passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Skilled in delivering attractive presentations.

B.Pharma /D.Pharma/B.sc or Any Relevant Education
