Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and marketing expertise to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling content, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive marketing success.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Generation:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, email campaigns, and networking.
Generate the leads from social media sites likes Kuwait Pocket Guide, Kuwait News Portals, Business Guides, Social media campaigns etc.,
Utilize lead generation tools and software to manage and track leads
Touch base with clients using other softwares and products and convert them as our customers.
Present our products and services to potential clients through Online and Onsite presentations.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote IT products and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Research, Identify new products that can be marketed to Kuwait.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Use analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Candidate should be able to give Level 1 support to clients for Software and Hardware related issues.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
2.Lead Nurturing:
Engage with leads through consistent follow-up communications.
Provide relevant information and resources to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute targeted content for lead nurturing campaigns.
3.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
4.Achieving Sales Targets
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve goals.
5.Market Research and Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams.
6.Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to the sales and marketing teams.
7.Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
8.Prospecting
Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT Relatedproducts
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in English Communicate in Arabic will be an added value
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Software and Technology used by SMEs which includes ERP, Point of Sale Software, CRM etc.
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
Salary: KWD 220 to 250 + Attractive commission structure.
Food Allowance: 20 KWD/ Month
Transportation: Company will provide car or mode of transportation.
