Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and target potential customers and business opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Promote DelmanExpert's pest control services through various channels including digital marketing, social media, and direct sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving results.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
