- Education Required: Master degree in Marketing, Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
Coordination with technical team and HO for smooth operations.
- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.- Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
