Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Sales Executive Team to join our StartUp. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing student queries, assisting with tasks and assignments, and ensuring a seamless experience on our CRM and other commercial CRM platforms. This role involves interacting with students through chat, phone calls, and video meetings, providing exceptional customer support and maintaining the quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist students with their academic tasks and assignments using our CRM platform.
- Engage with students through various communication channels, including chat, phone calls, and video meetings.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain student records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to optimize the student experience.
Qualifications:
- Freshers or Proven experience in a service oriented sales or customer service role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher.
Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
