Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting Aayush Corporations engineering services, including detailing, drafting, designing, and on-site deputation. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the companys objectives in power piping, process piping, mechanical engineering, and EPC services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the engineering and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Industry Trends:
- Conduct research on trends in the engineering services, power, process piping, and manufacturing sectors.
- Analyze the competition and identify new business opportunities for Aayush Corporation.
- Campaign Development:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote engineering services in sectors like power plants, process piping, boiler structures, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials (brochures, case studies, service descriptions) for both digital and print media.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage the companys website content related to EPC projects, engineering services, and on-site deputation.
- Optimize the companys SEO strategy to increase visibility in the industrial and engineering services sectors.
- Execute digital marketing strategies across channels such as LinkedIn, professional forums, and industry-specific platforms.
- Client Engagement & Lead Generation:
- Develop lead generation strategies through online platforms, webinars, and industry events.
- Maintain relationships with clients through newsletters, email campaigns, and other engagement tools.
- Brand Positioning & Development:
- Position Aayush Corporation as a leader in engineering services and EPC in the power and process piping industries.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and materials.
- Event & Trade Show Management:
- Plan, manage, and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client-focused webinars.
- Represent the company in industry forums and networking events, promoting services like boiler piping, process piping, and structural mechanics.
- Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure marketing efforts support client acquisition and service promotion.
- Coordinate the creation of technical content (whitepapers, case studies) with engineering departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in engineering services, industrial, or EPC sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email campaigns).
- Experience in marketing engineering solutions for sectors like power plants, manufacturing, or process industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of engineering services, power piping, and process piping.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation in technical fields.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
