The Senior Sales Manager oversees the activities of the junior sales management team and leads and directs all sales operations. The Senior Sales Manager's main goal is to increase incremental and new sales for the company while lowering customer turnover. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for directing and managing all parts of a sales department, including account management, business analytics, and channel development. In order to ensure a first-class delivery experience, the Senior Sales Manager collaborates closely with the following departments: Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree or master's degree in Communications, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or a similar field is required. Working experience that meets this qualification is also acceptable.
Experience: A candidate for this role must have at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably as a Sales Manager, in a complex and fast-paced work environment.
