About the Role: We're seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant who shares our vision and is eager to make a positive impact. As part of Green Story, you'll collaborate with a dynamic and diverse group of professionals, work on impactful projects, and contribute to a cause that truly matters.
What You'll Do:
- Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns- Conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industry trends
Maintain and update customer and prospect databases
- Help create sales and marketing materials (presentations, brochures, etc.)
Coordinate events (trade shows, webinars) and track attendance- Manage social media accounts and create content
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
