We are looking for a Sales/Marketing Officer to foster strong relationships with our clients. The officer's responsibilities also include seeking out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice, guiding their choices, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
To be successful as a relationship manager you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that most closely meet our needs.
- Roles and Responsibilities
Need to generate business leads for the company, prepare and maintain statistical data and provide necessary reports.
- Travel to locations to advocate supply of products to the customers they have targeted and the ones who they are already dealing with.
Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services- Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favourable agreement for both
Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Converting sales lead to Order
Maintaining record of sales pipeline in CRM
Following up realizations against dispatches
Making sales MIS reports
Handling customer service issues
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaint.
Should have good knowledge of the industry and should be good with numbers to be able to work on financial reports.
These tasks are often performed over cold calling or visiting outstation clients or even scheduling all meetings with the customers at the offices.
