Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate lead from walk-in clients, Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking, gather customer or product information to determine customer needs, verify client's credit information.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Market assigned property to walk-in, existing or prospective clients.
  • Visit properties with the prospect and explain about the property in detail advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Develop new clients and guide about the investment opportunities.
  • Answer various queries to clients related to sales, maintenance, customer complaints etc. Achieve sales target. Participate in various property exhibition to generate lead.
