Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels including online research, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead generation activities.
Outbound Sales and Cold Outreach:
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective cold outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of activity, including a set number of calls and emails per day.
Lead Qualification:
- Conduct initial outreach and qualification of leads to determine their potential and readiness for further engagement.
- Assess and analyse leads based on specific criteria such as budget, timeline, decision-making authority, and business needs.
- Schedule and set up meetings or call between qualified leads and the sales team.
Sales:
- Understand and communicate the company's products and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years experience in sales, lead generation, lead qualification, outbound sales, cold calling, and cold outreach, preferably in the SaaS sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
