Job Title: Video Editor
  • Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi

  • Job Summary:

The Sales and Growth Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, capable of managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

- Identify new market opportunities and define the roadmap for growth.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for the sales team.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies and achieve business objectives.

- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

- Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline.

- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Use performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

- Manage sales projects from scratch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales teams.

- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and use data to drive decisions.

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
