This multifaceted role involves identifying potential leads online, initiating contact through various channels, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to customer onboarding and post-sale support.
- Lead Generation:Utilize online platforms, social media, and other channels to identify and research potential leads.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Outbound Communication:Craft personalized and compelling emails to engage with potential leads.
Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
Make outbound calls to establish relationships and gather additional information.
- Inbound Lead Management:Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the website contact form promptly.
Engage with leads, provide relevant information, and facilitate their journey through the sales process.
- Sales Coordination:Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and product demonstrations.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
- Onboarding:Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new customers.
Provide necessary information and support to customers during the onboarding phase.
- Post-Sale Support:Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
