Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Relationship Executive (CRE). In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
4. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
5. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and quotas.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
9. Conduct regular account reviews with customers to assess their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and gather feedback.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts and negotiate terms with existing customers.
11. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
12. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
13. Stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with 0 - 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
