As Sales and Customer Relations Executive at LoveSummer Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in managing and converting incoming business leads from digital platforms into sales, managing exhibitions sales and ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer journey.
This position involves domestic and international travel for exhibitions, sales promotion, database management, diligent lead follow-up, and meticulous documentation and reporting of customer interactions to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
I. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive onlinesales, striving to exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators defined by the company.
II. Enhanced Client Engagement: Develop strategies for client outreach and engagement, focusing on building long-term customer relationships.
III. Billing and Financial Management: Oversee billing processes,and ensure financial transactions are accurately handled.
IV. Efficiently handle sales inquiries across digital platforms, engaging customers with personalised communication to drive conversions.
V. Schedule and conduct video call appointments for personalised shopping assistance, including product demonstrations and styling advice.
VI. Develop and execute sales promotional strategies to meet sales targets.
VII. Maintain an organised customer database to support targeted marketing and follow-up strategies.
VIII. Implement systematic follow-up on leads to increase conversion rates and manage the customer journey from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.
IX. Regularly report on sales activities, documenting customer interactions, feedback, and preferences to inform future strategies.
X. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand awareness to effectively communicate with customers.
XI. Client Follow-Ups and Relationship Building: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
XII. Exhibitions Sales and Management: Plan and coordinate the company's participation in national and international exhibitions.Manage all aspects of exhibition participation, including booth design, setup, staffing, and post-event follow-ups.Sales at Exhibitions KPI's.
XIII. Events: Support and participate in all in-store events and brand participation in events across India.
XIV. Coordination with production on customer alterations and customised orders.
Managing and streamlining order timelines.
Reporting: Sales Manager
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required for exhibitions and events.
Compensation:
Annual CTC: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
