Role & responsibilities -
- Manage and oversee sales operations in assigned territories, focusing on the beverage (Gutzy) and other health product lines.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company sales targets, including Gutzy's millet-based probiotic drink.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, supermarkets, and super stockists to increase product availability and brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to adapt the sales approach.
- Implement promotional campaigns in supermarkets, offices, and apartments to enhance Gutzy's market penetration.
- Track and analyze sales data, working closely with the marketing team to optimize product positioning and outreach.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and manage the return of unsold or expired products.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG sales, particularly in beverages or health-oriented products.
- Strong background in handling distributors, stockists, and retail chains.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Beverage/FMCG markets will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in high-growth environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production).
- Ability to analyze market trends and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.
