JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are searching for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to assist with all of our sales & marketing initiatives at a venture backed leading SaaS platform and other FinTech ventures. Products consists of an Execution, Order, and Portfolio Management System (EMS+OMS+PMS), Digital Wealth platform, and AI-ML based asset manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver marketing goals and objectives set in our Business Plan
- New client onboarding and existing client development,
- Conduct product demos
- Inputs on product road-map and feedback from clients
- Review and manage content marketing strategy and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Determine and monitor KPIs for the marketing department
- Keep the marketing budget in check
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy and suggest improvements
- Participate and lead fund-raising meetings for the Company's Series A funding round and subsequent funding rounds
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing
- Existing relationships with clients in the asset management space (ideally both crypto native and fiat) on both the buyside and the sellside
- Prior experience marketing a SaaS product
- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis; regularly produce and present reports (Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
