Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Candidates to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal Female candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience and be proficient in Kannada ,Telugu and English. If you are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
  • Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate play equipment.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information and market trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the play equipment or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English (both spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of the local market in Bangalore is an advantage.
