Responsibilities:

Identify and research target markets and prospective customers.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

Understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Conduct product demos and sales presentations to showcase company offerings.

Develop and negotiate proposals, and close deals effectively.

Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitive landscapes.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.

Provide feedback to improve products or services based on market insights.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market trends.

Identify opportunities for company expansion, alliances, and partnerships.

Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance company visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA in Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and business development.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries and technologies.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.

Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

5 days a week, office-based position.
