Role Description:

This is a full-time sales and business development role located in Chennai with flexibility for remote work.
The role involves sales and business development of our cluster partner products and services in the following segments:
1. Packaging materials and machinery
2. FMCG products
3. Branding and digital marketing services

We are working to build a strong sales network and specialised team that will work with our global partners.

Objectives of this role:
1. Identify leads for the products and services that we promote - both internally and in collaboration with our cluster partners.
2. Engage and qualify leads - Present the product / service to potential customers and close the deal.
4. Follow through with delivery team and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Work with cross functional teams such as branding, marketing, supply chain and operations to ensure best internal efficiency and market effectiveness.
6. Lead expansion info new markets and increase sales.

Required skills and qualifications:
1. Experience with core sales and business development
2. Proven sales track record
3. Knowledge of pricing frameworks, contract formats
4. Negotiation skills, understanding of economics of scale are essential
5. Experience with both B2B is essential and B2C sales methods, knowledge would be an added advantage.
6. Excellent communication and time management
7. Ability to build rapport and forge strong relationships
