Sales and Business Development Executive

Birmingham Industries Pvt Ltd (Birmindus) operates across multiple industries including finance, trading, agriculture, and logistics. BirmIndus assists Newton Global Commercial Business Ltd. (NGCB), a UAE-based financial brokerage company providing competitive tools and technologically driven platforms that can capture opportunities in the global capital markets. We are expanding this support team and searching for a Sales and Business Development Executive with excellent communication and a strategic mindset who can fit into our quality-focused and growing organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities in financial markets, connecting with clients through cold calls, emails and meetings to introduce our services in an engaging way.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients: understand their needs, ensure they feel comfortable sharing feedback and making inquiries. Also, ensure inquiries/issues are swiftly resolved.
- Conduct market research to identify potential and stay updated on market trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective materials and campaigns for business development and also work closely with other teams to understand client processes/ requirements.
- Construct regular reports on sales activities, revenue and expenses, offering insights for achieving targets and market presence.
- Generate new ideas and focus on research to drive company growth. Possess detailed knowledge of the company to confidently convey information to clients.
- Must be patient and adaptable to effectively communicate with clients worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, promoting ethical trading and investment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Experience in sales within financial services, particularly in CFDs, FX or commodities
- Trading, with a strong understanding offinancial markets and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems practices and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build reports and foster productive client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a team.
