Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to keeping our daily operations running smoothly while helping to increase sales by managing sales activities, promotional events, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to handle multiple tasks, and has a strong focus on sales and operations.
1- Manage and oversee the company's sales initiatives, including the operation of canopies.
2- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
3- Connect with potential customers to promote products, find new leads, and close sales.
4- Develop and manage distribution strategies to expand market reach and optimize product availability.
5- Monitor and evaluate distribution channel performance, ensuring alignment with sales goals and operational standards.
6- Oversee recruitment processes, Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and maintain employee records.
7- Support the team in any other administrative tasks as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in sales, operations, or related roles.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
