Hiring for a leading Global Luxury Jewellery Brand:- Job location: Mumbai (Andheri)
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas, and will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales and inventory data. The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in creating and maintaining reports, performing SKU turn calculations, and analyzing weekly sales and inventory for all B2B customers.
MIS and Reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance management information system (MIS) reports.
Create detailed sales and inventory reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
Sales and Inventory Analysis:
- Analyze weekly sales data and inventory levels for all B2B customers.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales and inventory data.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and inventory management.
SKU Turn Calculation:
- Calculate and analyze SKU turnover rates to assess product performance.
Monitor and report on SKU turnover to inform inventory replenishment and product discontinuation decisions.
Manage and update sales and inventory databases.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analyses.
Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with sales and inventory teams to gather data and understand business needs.
Communicate findings and insights to management in a clear and concise manner.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with data analysis software and CRM systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
