Job Description

The Sales & Relationship Management Job responsible for sales activities of the organization, including managing client relationships and selling company products and services to existing customer & prospects. Develops and implements sales strategies, identifies potential customers, and manages existing customer portfolio
Work you will do:
  • The Sales & Relationship Management Job responsible for sales activities of the organization, including managing client relationships and selling company products and services to existing customer & prospects.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies, identifies potential customers, and manages existing customer portfolio.
  • New sales to new customers as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers, assessing customer needs, and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions, developing and delivering sales bids, proposals, and presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Develops strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments, produces new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets/quotas.
  • Responsible for moderately complex sales opportunities: a wider array of products, clients or channels OR specific product knowledge in a single area. Job duties require expanded knowledge of the industry, markets, and sales processes.
  • Jobholder has flexibility to set and negotiate terms within defined parameters.
  • Basic Understanding of Technical Terms of Engineering
  • Negotiation skills & Understanding of Customer Profile
  • Basic Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point & Email Etiquette
  • Execute the defined process of Quote to Order Process to Shipment of Products (Machinery)
  • Basic Knowledge of Sales Force is Added Advantage
  • Knowledge of current market conditions and trends
  • Conflict management and resolution
