- Develops and implements sales strategies, identifies potential customers, and manages existing customer portfolio.
- New sales to new customers as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers, assessing customer needs, and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions, developing and delivering sales bids, proposals, and presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
- Develops strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments, produces new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets/quotas.
- Responsible for moderately complex sales opportunities: a wider array of products, clients or channels OR specific product knowledge in a single area. Job duties require expanded knowledge of the industry, markets, and sales processes.
- Jobholder has flexibility to set and negotiate terms within defined parameters.
- Basic Understanding of Technical Terms of Engineering
- Negotiation skills & Understanding of Customer Profile
- Basic Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point & Email Etiquette
- Execute the defined process of Quote to Order Process to Shipment of Products (Machinery)
- Basic Knowledge of Sales Force is Added Advantage
- Knowledge of current market conditions and trends
- Conflict management and resolution
