Our company is looking for a Sales Advocate who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties of the Sales Advocate will include representing our company with potential clients, sales tasks, effective follow-ups, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients.
In order to be successful in the Sales Advocate role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal and social skills. Previous experience in a sales role is necessary. We are looking for a Sales Advocate in the U.S., and you must speak fluent English.

Your Responsibilities
We expect our Sales Advocate to
- Represent our company during every level of communication with our potential, and current clients.
- Including but not limited to in-person or online meetings, phone calls, email or mail communication, conferences/events, etc
- Contributes to and leads sales meetings, presentations, and other communications with potential clients driving success through signed contracts
- Represents Flowium in an honest, positive portrayal to continue to build our reputation for sustainability, encouraging long term commitment for customer retention and growth.
- Continually uses and creates strategies to connect, communicate, and establish relationships with potential clients:
- Using Pipedrive to keep track of communication and leads
- Effectively following up through necessary channels and timelines
- Proactively responding to potential and current clients maintaining lead retention
- Works with our internal team to efficiently launch signed contracts/projects
- Using Asana, Slack and email to efficiently and effectively communicate, and complete tasks
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
