- Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales caller Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls effectively. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and providing solutions in a professional and efficient manner.
Inbound/Outbound Calling:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner.Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Sales Support:
If applicable, promote and sell products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.Problem-Solving:
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and share best practices.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
