We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our Caterpillar Financial Services India Private Limited Division.
The incumbent would Perform administrative and in-house support tasks for a sales team, helping to build relationships and improve customer experience.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore - Caterpillar PSN office, Whitefield.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer/Dealer service regarding products and services, addressing issues related to customer orders.
- Performing general administrative duties, including maintaining files, schedules and appointments, for the sales teams.
