Job Description:

• Process sales order in ERP and support day-to-day sale order transactions.
• Closely monitor dispatch status of pending orders
• Send communication i.e dispatch details/order acknowledgement/invoices to customers/distributors.
• Should work closely with sales team/cross functions.
• Collaborates with other department and support group to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
• Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format.
• Provides necessary data and reports to the senior team.
• Proficiency in administrative work including filing reports or documents.
• Acting as a bridge between business & factory to manage day to day operations.
• Monthly reporting of business numbers to management
• Should be well versed with computer proficiency overall.
