- Domestic Sale reconciliation & Final Data Preparation.

- AR Period Closure in oracle ERP

- Quantity Tally compilation of data purchase, production, sales

- Monthly expense provision

- Sale Return / Cancelled Invoice Process and Making MIS

- Domestic Price Master Control in System Adding, Modifying

- Calculation and accounting of export incentives

- Warranty calculation,

- Export Sales Accounting

- Calculation of Export Commission & Royalty

- Preparation of Audit schedules for Quarterly/ Annual Audit

- Co-ordination with auditors for AR section activity

- Trouble shooting & resolving issue of Oracle system problems pertains to AR

- Calculation and accounting of various TAB scheme

- Ensure issuance of Credit Note/ Debit note

- Provide AR / Sales data to management / other department for various requirements

- Provide necessary data to Auditor in Statutory, Internal, IFC Audit O2C

- Complete the Audit activity along with auditors for AR activity

- Set up discount policy in the ERP system

- Set up new inventory location of sales account

- Monitor credit limit of customer

- Supervise daily Invoicing & other activity of AR section

- Supervise the other miscellaneous activity of AR section
