Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Pune(WFO)
Job Description:
As a Sales Account Manager at Enreap, you will be required to have a deep understanding of our services & portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.You will be responsible for driving customer success by understanding client needs, providing strategic solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships. Your expertise in IT solutioning, products & services, combined with your sales experience will be essential in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Enreap's portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in IT sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
Strong knowledge of IT solutions, products & services sales. Candidates possessing the basic knowledge of devOps & devSecOps will be value added.
Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Must have an understanding of end to end sales process of IT solutions & products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Experience in conducting business reviews and managing complex customer issues.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 10-15%).
