Position: Account Executive

Location: India, Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:


Drive sales of our Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software solutions within assigned territory.
Achieve and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at manufacturing companies.
Collaborate closely with partners and distributors to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully selling software solutions, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software or related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and channel partners.
Experience in Manufacturing, with proven knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
