Job Description

Job Title: Sales Accounts Executive (SAE)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office

QuickReply.ai is a cutting-edge WhatsApp Marketing Automation Platform tailored for E-commerce stores. In just 18 months, we have secured 700+ paying customers worldwide, experiencing a 15X revenue increase. As the world shifts from email and SMS to WhatsApp for business communication, we are well-positioned to scale to a billion-dollar company. Founded by two IIT-Delhi alumni with deep industry experience, we are on a growth trajectory, having raised seed funding in April 2023. Our team of 35 is set to expand to 50 as we continue our journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth lead research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their specific requirements and position QuickReply.ai as the optimal solution.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that effectively highlight the value and impact of QuickReply.ai on WhatsApp marketing for E-commerce.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel, addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Provide tailored solutions based on client requirements to ensure a strong product fit.
  • Close deals by negotiating terms, addressing last-minute objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, updates, and forecasts, sharing them with senior management regularly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an AE in SaaS, ideally within the marketing tech industry.
  • Proficiency in managing the full sales cycle, lead generation, and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot/ Other CRMs and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in cold outreach, Linkedin or event based selling
