Job Description:
As a Sales Executive focused on the Australian market, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and converting leads into satisfied clients. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, managing sales pipelines, and building relationships with businesses in need of bookkeeping and accounting services. This role requires a proactive sales approach, familiarity with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork, and a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients on platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other lead generation tools.
- Client Engagement: Reach out to decision-makers and establish rapport, understanding their bookkeeping and accounting needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, update CRM systems, and manage the sales funnel from initial contact through to conversion.
- Australian Market Focus: Develop and implement strategies to target and convert leads specifically in the Australian market.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare and deliver customized proposals that address prospective clients pain points and demonstrate our expertise in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, conversion rates, and progress toward sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development for bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and similar channels.
- Strong understanding of the Australian market and business culture.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and align with Australian time zones as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling bookkeeping or accounting services.
- Knowledge of Australian accounting standards or familiarity with Australian business requirements.
