Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint Identity IIQ Resident Engineer to join our team for a 6-month onsite contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, with a focus on identity governance, access management, and compliance. You will work closely with the client's technical and business teams to ensure smooth implementation, support, and optimization of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work onsite as a dedicated SailPoint Identity IIQ expert for the clients team.
- Implement, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions according to client requirements.
- Assist in the deployment of SailPoint IIQ features including provisioning, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations and integrations.
- Perform periodic system reviews, audits, and improvements to enhance platform performance and security.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze identity and access management requirements.
- Assist in role mining, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, providing expertise on governance and audit processes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.
- Participate in regular client meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- In-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) modules such as provisioning, governance, role mining, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
- Experience with scripting languages like Java, BeanShell, or XML for IIQ development.
- Familiarity with API integration and connectors for various applications and systems (e.g., SAP, Office 365, Oracle).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- SailPoint IIQ certification is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based identity solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or GDPR compliance.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
