Job Title: SailPoint Developer
Experience: 7+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to automate provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts across diverse applications.
- Configure and manage workflows, certifications, and access review campaigns to meet governance and security requirements.
- Integrate SailPoint with various platforms such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure).
- Develop custom connectors for integration with in-house applications and third-party tools.
- Conduct user access certifications, access requests, and identity analytics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues, optimizing system performance and improving security protocols.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to define access policies and ensure proper role management.
- Participate in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions that align with identity management objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging SailPoint features and IAM best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and API integration for developing custom workflows and connectors.
- Strong experience in identity lifecycle management, access management, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, and SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and databases (Oracle, SQL, MySQL).
- Solid understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to optimize SailPoint performance and handle complex system integrations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across departments to ensure the success of IAM initiatives.
