Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions using SailPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements related to identity and access management.
- Integrate SailPoint with Oracle Identity Management (OIM) and other systems as needed.
- Develop and customize workflows, connectors, and rules within the SailPoint platform.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint-related issues.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of identity management solutions to ensure they meet business and compliance requirements.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to identity management solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in identity and access management.
Required Skills And Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in SailPoint development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Management (OIM) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, concepts, and best practices.
- Proficient in developing and customizing workflows, connectors, and rules within SailPoint.
- Experience with integrating SailPoint with various systems and applications.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, and XML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SailPoint or Oracle Identity Management (OIM) is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or large-scale enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to identity and access management.
