Responsibilities as an Identity and Access Management Architect:
Implement, maintain and manage the Identity Access (IDAM) and privileged Access (PAM) solution aligned with the Organization Goals and compliance requirements
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to align IAM capabilities and roles with organizational needs
Design, define and review Identity and Access Management related policies, standards and procedures
Design, define and implement the controls related to IAM domain.
Develop standards, processes, and automation for user provisioning, access certifications, role management, and privileged access Management
Manage the IDAM SailPoint and BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management Operations and full life cycle of the transformation projects in the related areas
Document, implement, and enforce security controls, policies, and procedures related to identity governance and administration.
Service improvement, value add to existing technologies and organization.
Analyse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with emerging trends, standards, and technologies to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Minimum 13+ years of experience in Identity and access Management
Minimum 5+ years of Experience in managing the IDAM platform for a global organization in the leadership role
Experience in designing, implementing, and operating IDAM and PAM solutions within enterprise environments.
Good technical knowledge of one or more IDAM and PAM products like SailPoint, Oracle IDAM, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, ARCON PAM etc.
Strong understanding of security principles, authentication protocols, and industry standards (SAML, OAuth, SCIM)
Good knowledge of Cloud Security Azure, AWS, GCP
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
