i. Must be at least a graduate/ diploma in engineering (in any branch) from an AICTE/SCTE&VT recognized institution.
ii. Must have sufficient knowledge and adequate training in safety management.
iii. For Engineering Degree holders: Must have worked for 15 years or more as on the date of deployment in the field of construction, out of which at least 10 years should be in HSE function and training. For Engineering Diploma holders: Must have worked for 20 years or more as on the date of deployment in the field of construction, out of which at least 15 years should be in HSE function and training.
iv. Must be a certified Internal/lead Auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 or IMS.
v. The candidate should be in job while submission of CV (or at the most/ worst has left job not more than one year ago).
vi. Preferably be fluent in English, Hindi & local language
vii. Must have working proficiency in Computer operation including MS Office, Power Point, etc.
viii. Must have professional expertise and competency in conducting HSE training programs for officials and workers
ix. The candidate shall have sound health to withstand tough site conditions and extreme weather. The candidate will have to undergo medical check-up at site before his joining.
