To look after Safety and legal requirement of Injection molding shop.
- Safety Audit and checks.
- Safety checks of EOT Cranes/Machines.
- New Equipment/facility safety audit.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in production/Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily safety audits in shop floor.
- Ensure work is being carried out in shop as per defined safety rules.
- Continual improvement in safety training module / WIS (Work Instructions)/ HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) / PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment's).
- Maintain first aid box, first aider and fire volunteers record.
- Safety training to new employees and existing employees.
- Renew license of crane operator and forklift operator.
- Maintain shop hygiene, lux level and noise level.
