Job Purpose
The Safety Officer at Greenbeam is responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and workers, particularly at our Solar Park site and rooftop client locations during solar project installations. This role involves working with electrical products, cables, and transmission lines and may require tasks at heights.
Job Duties
- Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans.
- Providing safety training to employees and workers.
- Investigating incidents and near misses and recommending corrective actions.
- Keeping abreast of industry safety standards and regulations.
