Job Title: Safety Officer
Location: Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
- Saudi Return Candidates preferred.
- NEBOSH IGC Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards in construction, equipment rental, and civil works.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in a relevant industry.
- Good communication and leadership skills to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Ability to conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day, six days per week
- Annual Leave: 60 days after the completion of two years
- Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the company
- Contract Period: 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to across all company projects and sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
- Lead safety meetings and provide training to employees on safety procedures.
- Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses to determine causes and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training sessions.
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety policies for ongoing projects.
- Provide recommendations for safety improvements in all operational activities, including heavy equipment usage and civil project execution.
