- Monitor Health and Safety. HSE officers monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned geographic area. - Maintained government statutory compliances. - Develop Strategies to enhance the health and safety procedure. - Design different training programmers to make the awareness smooth and easy. - Perform Risk assessment and prepare the Gap analysis report for modification and up gradation. - Advises on safety topics, conducts risk assessments, and enforces preventative measures to create a safe workplace. - Preparing various safety reports of Mock drill, Fire fighter, safety training etc. - Make shift schedules if required for works. - Will be responsible for developing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety training, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding workplace safety.

We provide HR services such as Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction, Confirmation, Exit Process, Policy Making / Policy Adherence, Documentation, Attendance and Payroll, Training and Employee Engagement in bulk and or some selective services as per the requirement. Our business model currently focuses more on Small/ Private companies with up to 90-100 employees for All services requirement. However, individual services can be availed without such restriction of number of employees.
