A Safety Steward in a civil construction company is responsible for overseeing the safety of workers on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and preventing accidents and injuries. They assist in monitoring daily operations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Key Responsibilities*

- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

- Identify and report potential safety hazards on the construction site.

- Assist in implementing safety measures and emergency procedures.

- Provide support in case of emergencies, including administering first aid if necessary.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and report findings to the Safety Officer
