v Maintain compliance with all OHS regulations
v Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent
v Ensure safe working techniques are in place
v Employees must be provided regular training on safety aspects
v Promote and establish safety culture in the organisation
v Compile and maintain relevant registers and documents to ensure HR statutory legal compliances
v Work closely with Head HR and carry out his instructions
v Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
v Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy

v Requirements
v Degree in Safety management and a Certificate in OHS is mandatory
v Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role is a must
v Outstanding organization skills
v Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
v Diligent with great attention to detail
