Job Summary:
The Specialist SHES is a vital member of the SHES team, responsible for providing specialized subject matter expertise in the development and implementation of local/regional systems, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with the SHES Group Mandate and Standards. Working under the guidance of the relevant SHES Manager, this role supports the implementation and integration of global SHES management systems and processes within regional businesses and local sites. Additionally, the Specialist SHES offers adhoc advice to the business and acts as a focal point for SHES-related issues escalated from plants.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide specialized subject matter expertise in the implementation of global SHES management systems and processes to support SHES Group Procedures.
2. Support the implementation and integration of global SHES systems and processes within regional businesses and local sites.
3. Offer adhoc advice to the Business on SHES matters.
4. Act as a subject matter expert focal point for SHES-related issues escalated from plants.
Critical Experience and Qualifications:
1. Engineering or science degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) in fields related to Safety & Occupational health or similar.
2. Degree/Diploma in Safety from RLI/CLI or other institutes approved by the Chief Inspector of Factories, Jharkhand.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in computer skills MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
