Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree & Diploma in Safety (NEBOSH Certified will be preferred)
- Experience: 7 - 9 Years
- Industry: Real Estate/ Residential/Commercial Buildings/Healthcare/ Hotel or any relevant sector
- Functional Area: Project Management (Safety)
The candidate must have
- Experience of working in Residential, real-estate projects, commercial, Hotel, retail projects / similar project will be preferred.
- Be a team player and good coordination with the team members.
- Basic understanding of safety principles, risk assessment techniques, and applicable safety regulations
- Conversant in EHS Plan, Reporting of EH&S activity. Should have knowledge on Civil, Structural, and MEP services related safety hazards & protection measures.
- Working knowledge of project management best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate safety procedures and reports.
- Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and propose appropriate safety measures.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the safety initiatives of the organization.
- Ability to navigate stressful work situations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure when necessary and ready to travel from time to time as per the requirement.
- Any digital app-based application knowledge (if any)
- Adept at MS Office applications
