Description
We are seeking an experienced Safety Control to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-12 years of experience in safety control and risk assessment, with a strong understanding of Indian safety laws and regulations. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures, identifying potential hazards, and implementing safety initiatives to minimize risk.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Train employees on safety procedures and best practices
- Investigate accidents and incidents, identify causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe working environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-12 years of experience in safety control
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Indian safety laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in safety management, risk assessment, or related field is preferred
