We are seeking a motivated and dynamic SaaS Sales Specialist to join our team
In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales activities
You will be the face of our company, helping clients understand the value of our software, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
Introduce our software products to potential clients.
Conduct software trials and demonstrate key features.
Negotiate terms and guide clients through the signing process.
Post-Sales:
Provide comprehensive training to new users.
Conduct Q&A sessions to address any client concerns.
Focus on customer experience (CX) and retention strategies.
Implement anti-churn measures to maintain a loyal client base.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (C-level).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for technology and sales.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with Asana, Google Workspace, and Pipedrive is a plus.
