Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic SaaS Sales Specialist to join our team
  • In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales activities
  • You will be the face of our company, helping clients understand the value of our software, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
  • Introduce our software products to potential clients.
  • Conduct software trials and demonstrate key features.
  • Negotiate terms and guide clients through the signing process.
Post-Sales:
  • Provide comprehensive training to new users.
  • Conduct Q&A sessions to address any client concerns.
  • Focus on customer experience (CX) and retention strategies.
  • Implement anti-churn measures to maintain a loyal client base.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (C-level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Asana, Google Workspace, and Pipedrive is a plus.
